Shipping & Returns
All products are valid for return 7 days upon delivery. All products should be checked before endorsement of delivery order. Any defects during delivery will be reflected on the delivery order, and replacement products will be shipped in at a later date. Please take note that we are unable to refund or exchange your items if: - Merchandise is found to be modified from its original form from receipt of goods, dirty, stained, or damaged. - Product was a sales/promotion item Product's return shipping and costs are to be borne by the customer

WARRANTY
Warranty
CHAIRS: 1 year on mechanism / gaslift / recliner / synchro mechanism / castors excluding wear and tear from date of delivery or handover with warranty sticker intact. ACCLIMATE SIT-STAND DESKS: 3 years on table tops - exclude misuse, abuse, any damage from natural or any external causes e.g. fire, water etc. , damages from self modification, wear and tear from date of delivery or handover with warranty sticker intact. 3 years on height adjustable mechanism - exclude misuse, abuse, any damage from natural or any external causes e.g. fire, water etc. , damages from self modification, wear and tear from date of delivery or handover whichever is the latest with warranty sticker intact. An additional 2 years of warranty extension can be redeemed by liking/following our page and sharing a photo of your home office setup on Facebook or Instagram. The post must be set to public and an active link has to be provided in the redemption form here: https://forms.gle/piWpKHg5YbYfCYK67 A further 2 year extended warranty can also be purchased within the first year of purchase To benefit from this warranty, THOS must be notified within 1 week of any occurence of such defects at sales@thehomeofficespecialist.com LIMITED WARRANTY: THOS reserves the rights to determine whether a benefit under this warranty may be claimed and decide whether a component should be repaired or replaced. Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective part or material only In the scenario where THOS determines that a benefit under this warranty can be claimed, the cost of repair and replacement of the defective part or material shall be borne by THOS. Replaced parts may vary in colour and texture to the original. Warranty will end immediately if the product becomes defective as a consequence of misuse or lack of proper care and maintenance, or commercial use. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser only who may not assign or transfer any benefit conferred by this warranty and a person who is not the original purchaser shall not have any rights to benefit from any of these terms and conditions. Warranty covers parts replacement only. Labour/transport cost of S$30 will be borne by the customer for the engineer to be onsite.

FULFILMENT OF DELIVERY
Fulfillment of Delivery
Preorder delivery lead time is 3-4 weeks, tentative delivery date will be given upon order placed Delivery lead time for instock items is 7 working days, tentative delivery date will be given upon order placed Actual delivery date and time will be notified 2-3 days in advance based on our schedule, a maximum of 2 changes are allowed upon our notification. Delivery days and times - Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm (excluding public holidays) Special Delivery arrangements (e.g. specific date & time) can be made but subjected to an additional charge of S$50 to be collected on site In the event that there is nobody at home during the arranged delivery, there will be a S$50 > Rearrangement Delivery Charge. Please inform us during order checkout of any delivery restrictions at your stated delivery address. > Relevant permissions, if required, must be obtained from your building/residential management prior to delivery.I If multiple locations are requested, an additional charge would be levied per every extra location specified by the customer.

STAIRCASE DELIVERY FEE
Staircase Delivery Fees
In the event that delivery location is non accessible via lift landings, a staircase delivery fee is chargeable, this will be collected onsite. No-lift access charge S$10 per table per flight of stairs Please check with us before order placement.
